Welcome to the Journey
A No War Mission to K2 & Broad Peak
The road to this moment has been anything but easy. This summer, I embark on a journey to K2 (8611m) and Broad Peak (8051m), carrying the "No War" flag—a symbol of peace, resilience, and collective strength. But this is not just my story. This climb belongs to everyone who believes in change, in unity, and in the power of standing together against violence and division.
What to Expect Here
This blog will document my journey in real-time. The highs, the lows, the triumphs, and the struggles. I will share:

-
The challenges I face day to day, both physically and mentally.
-
The people I meet—fellow climbers, Sherpas, and those who work tirelessly in the mountains. Partnerships and friends I make along the way.
-
The reality of mountaineering—how the environment is affected, the issue of trash left behind, and the incredible resilience required to push forward.
-
The moments that move me—the human connections, the unexpected kindness, and the inspiration that fuels this mission.

This is not just about reaching the summit. It is about demonstrating that resilience—both personal and collective—can take us further than we ever imagine.

I invite you to take part in the #NoWarChallenge. Move with resilience—run, hike, cycle, swim—and dedicate in a collective 8,611 kilometers (the height of K2) in solidarity to this cause. Share your journey, hold up a "No War" sign, and tag me surf_theglobe on IG.

This is only the beginning. Beyond the climb, we will work together to sustain this message, bringing more voices into the conversation and ensuring that peace, resilience, and empowerment remain at the forefront. Thank you for being here. For believing in something bigger than any one of us.
